AGREEMENT
- …
An agreement is a contract to collaborate.
You live in a field of consciously or unconsciously made Agreements.
Examining your unconscious agreements and consciously deciding to keep them or renegotiate them makes your agreements conscious.
The world works differently for you when you are clear about your Agreements.

AGREEMENTS IN YOUR JOB
Matrix Code AGREEMNT.01
Take the employment contract you signed with your employer. You have signed it and thereby declared in writing your agreement to the entire written content.
Have you ever read the contract from top to bottom?
Do this experiment:
Read the contract aloud, sentence by sentence, and reproduce each sentence aloud in your own words as you understood it.
Write down:
- Everything you do not understand
- Issues whose implications scare you
- Everything you do not really agree withAfter completing this experiment, please register Matrix Code AGREEMNT.01 in your free account at StartOver.xyz.
This Experiment is worth 1 Matrix Point.
CONSULT THE EMOTIONAL AND ENERGETIC BODY ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
Matrix Code AGREEMNT.02
Take a closer look at three components of your employment contract. Do this by asking the emotional and energetic body about this component.
Proceed as follows:
Take the first item on your list from the previous experiment (Agreements in your job) that you wrote down. This could be something you don't understand or something that scares you. It could also be something you don't actually agree with. In any case, it's something that's in your employment contract that you signed.
Then ask your emotional body what it feels about this point. Start sentences with the words:
"I feel anger / fear / sadness / joy because..."
Then give your energetic body space to say something to the point. What do you perceive here? Pay attention to the density, the speed, the vibration, the boundaries.
Write down all the results in your BEEP!Book. After completing this experiment, please register Matrix Code AGREEMNT.02 in your free account at StartOver.xyz.

UFF!! AND NOW??
Matrix Code AGREEMNT.03
After you have consciously read and checked your employment contract with several bodies, you could ask yourself whether the contract can continue to exist as it is or whether a new contract needs to be drawn up. It could also be that you do not want to sign such an employment contract at all.
The experiment is to arrange a meeting with your boss. You could start the conversation by saying:
- "My employment contract that you and I signed states that I..."
- "I have changed my mind and would like my employment contract to be amended at this point."
- "I offer to continue working for you under these conditions:..."
- "What do you say to my offer?"After completing this experiment, please register Matrix Code AGREEMNT.03 in your free account at StartOver.xyz.

HOW TO SAY HELLO
Matrix Code AGREEMNT.04
You walk out of the house and meet a neighbor on the street. You say "Good morning." He replies "Good morning."
When did you agree to do it that way? When did you make the agreement to do it exactly that way? Why do you always greet him first? Is it because he is older? Do you agree with this way of doing things?
I've noticed something strange: when I'm walking down the street and people come towards me, I always say hello first. Always.Without thinking about it (until now!). Even if they are complete strangers. The crazy thing is that there is some kind of irritation between the perfect stranger and me if I don't say "hello" first. It's like he and I made this agreement centuries ago, "Okay, if we happen to meet, I'll say hello first, you keep quiet until I do, is that clear?" "Ok."
The experiment goes like this: for 3 days, observe these unconscious agreements. Branch off 20 percent of your attention and watch the game from above.Consider things like this:
How do you say hello to other people?
Who greets first? Is there eye contact? Are you touching each other?
How far apart are your feet?
Do you hug each other? If so, for how long?
Who gives the impulse to stop hugging first?
What do you talk about then?
Have you made an agreement about it? Do you agree with the approach?Do you need something different? What do you want to change?

AGREEMENT WITH YOURSELF
Matrix Code AGREEMNT.05
Ask 10 people this question: "What agreement have I made with myself?" Ask the person doing this experiment with you to scan you for 7 minutes while answering this question. You write down everything that is said in your BEEP!Book without commenting on anything.
Do this experiment over a week and ask at least 10 people. It also works online. After completing this experiment, please register Matrix Code AGREEMNT.05 in your free account at StartOver.xyz.

AGREEMENTS WITH THE ORGANS OF YOUR BODY
Matrix Code AGREEMNT.06
Conduct an interview with your stomach. Ask it what it thinks about the quality of its cooperation with you. Ask it what it needs, what it lacks, what it likes and appreciates. Ask what it likes to digest and what it doesn't. Ask when it likes to start work in the morning and when it prefers to finish work.
Ask what the optimal collaboration looks like to your stomach. Get to know it, how does it express itself, does it understand humor, how accurate does it take things, where does the fun stop for your stomach?
Make a "cooperation agreement" with your stomach. What are your respective points that should be adhered to so that the collaboration continues to work? Write down the agreement paper and hang it in the kitchen.
Conduct more interviews with your intestines, liver, heart, uterus, and make more written "Agreements of Cooperation."You can also do the experiment with a friend. He takes on the role of the questioner: "Hello, Martina's stomach" and you answer in the role of the stomach.

This Experiment is worth 1 Matrix Point for every new "Agreement of Cooperation".
UNCONCIOUS AGREEMENTS
Matrix Code AGREEMNT.07
Find a place in a café where you can easily observe the hustle and bustle. Observe a person who works in the café. For example, it can be the lady who asks you what you want to order.
Observe her with the question: What agreements are valid while she is working in the café? For example, an agreement could be to greet new guests in a friendly way. She might have an agreement with a colleague about who is responsible for which tables. What agreement is there regarding the hierarchy in the café? What does this hierarchy look like?
Remember: an agreement is a contract of cooperation. What is in this woman's contract? Which points are she aware of, which are not? Maybe she has different ways of greeting men and women. This could be a point she is not aware of.
Write your observations about this waitress's agreement in your BEEP!Book, noting in each case whether they are conscious or unconscious agreements. After completing this experiment, please register Matrix Code AGREEMNT.07 in your free account at StartOver.xyz.
